Pets or animals are not allowed without a signed pet addendum and pet fee. All pets and animals must be registered with Pet Screening Company.

· A fine of $100.00 plus $10.00 per day will be imposed for pets and animals brought in or animals already here without management approval and signed pet addendum.

· All pets are subject to visual inspection and approval of management.

· There is a $500 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and $25/month pet rent for pets up to 25lbs and $50.00 per pet for pets over 25lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is a fee which allows you to have a pet. The fee will NOT be applied toward any damages caused by the animal. If your carpet requires cleaning, pet treatments, repairs or replacements or if there are any other damages you will be responsible for the cost.

· All pets or animals must be vaccinated, spayed or neutered and micro chipped and licensed in accordance with local laws.
